At Ember & Oak, every plate begins with a living fire. We source exclusively from farms within a three-hour radius, working season to season — building menus around what the land offers, not what the calendar demands.
Our dining room seats forty-two guests across two seatings. The pace is unhurried. The silence between courses is intentional. This is a meal worth the evening.
Born in Lyon and trained under three-Michelin-starred kitchens in Paris and Tokyo, Margaux returned to New York with a singular obsession: fire. Every technique at Ember & Oak flows from understanding heat — its patience, its unpredictability, its generosity.

The Forge Room seats up to eighteen guests in complete privacy, with a dedicated sommelier, bespoke menu consultation with Chef Delacroix, and access to our reserve wine cellar. Whether a corporate dinner, anniversary, or a celebration deserving its own chapter — we build the evening around you.
