Slow mornings, sourced well.

Coffee should tell you
exactly where it came from.

Maravo began in 2017 with a single roaster, a rented corner, and a stubborn belief: that the best cup is one you can trace back to a single farm and a single harvest.

We work directly with smallholder farmers across six origins — visiting every partner annually, paying above-fair-trade prices, and roasting small batches within 72 hours of your order. No middlemen. No mystery.

What started as a weekend market stall has grown into a 40-seat café, a production roastery, and a mail-order program shipping to over 30 countries — but the obsession hasn't changed.

Where green beans
become something else.

Green bean selection

We cup 40–60 samples a season, selecting only those that score 85+ on our internal cupping sheet. Every lot is tasted blind before we commit.

Profile development

Each origin gets its own roast curve, built over 8–12 test roasts. We chase origin character first — sweetness and clarity before body.

Small-batch drum roasting

Our Probat G25 handles 25kg per batch. We roast to order in runs of 4–6 bags so nothing sits on a shelf longer than 5 days before it ships.

Rest, then ship

Fresh-roasted beans release CO₂ — we rest each batch 24–48 hours, then nitrogen-flush the bags and ship the same day. You receive them at their peak.

take your time.

We built this café to be a place you can stay in. Slow down, order a second pour-over, read something on paper.

New beans, slow
stories, no noise.

We send a short note when a new origin lands — usually monthly. First to hear, first to order.
